Hey all, sorry my post is late. I just wanted to say something about today as it is Sept. 11. Everyone should go about business as usual(so the terrorists don’t win) but also keep in the back of you mind what happened 8 years ago and how you felt. How we had that great tragedy all who perished, lost loved ones, or were affected, as all americans were in one way or the other. The # 343 comes up a lot with firemen, but there were definitely more heros who lost their lives that day, be it helping others down stairs, comforting injured as the towers collapsed, or overtaking a plane set to destroy more American’s lives. Remember how this made you feel and remember how such a tragic event brought us all together to fight a common enemy (instead of bickering amongst each other) and how we supported each other no matter our differences because our sames, like being an American, were much more important. This is the kind of unity we need as we face the trials of the future, why do we need such tragedy to unite us. Let’s work together and make this country as good as we are in tragic times all the time!
