Fill the Boot Fruits
So it is labor day which means it is time to fill the boot to help Jerry’s Kids fight Muscular Dystrophy. I hate begging, but I like the tradition and knowing that we are helping out the kids. Our station used to sell hot dogs and hamburgers at our safeway that we shopped at. They would take credit for all the $$ though, last year they accused us of stealing from them during fill the boot so we stopped shopping there. $80 a day that they won’t be getting, plus it is a gross store and soon to be an Avanza. So our district is terrible for collecting, no good crossroads or good areas to collect. So tonight we went to Tracks, which is a gay bar in our district. in like 10 mins we pulled in $150. It went pretty well. Those fellars like to give(insert gay joke here<insert joke about insertion here>) and it was nice to see. I know times are tight right now for everybody but I encourage people to help a little. I will be out on the town with the probys tomorrow night, so hopefully we will do good. Thank You.
